This is a model we have wanted to try and not yet attempted, but I LOVE the idea. Do you fully cook everything, or do ingredient prep and store?
Maybe you know this: in The Bear they use these tall plastic containers, about the size of an XL soda at the movies. I can’t figure out their name.

I basically live in decision fatigue, and I find it’s really bad for eating healthy or cooking at home. Particularly after a work day. The easiest thing is just takeout.

Well…we are in Indianapolis right now but by spring I will be in Dublin, we don’t know if K and the boys will join in Feb or after the school year ends in May. We’re moving there for a least a few years.

Yay! It’s sort of amusing, he took the class somewhat begrudgingly because it was the only metalworking option available, now he’s asking if he could do it as a career.

I don’t want to put too much pressure on him yet, but I did say I had a few social media friends who make and sell jewelry, who might have good information to share if he asks. Might I reach out again if he does ask?
