Mark Carney managed to trade a pipeline that will never get built for meaningful progress on industrial carbon pricing and electricity interties — both of which will get more wind and solar built.

Remember when people thought he wasn't good at politics? www.nationalobserver.com/2025/11/27/o...

Canada just landed 3rd in the 2025 Anholt Nation Brands Index. The Index polls about 40K people worldwide each year to gauge how leading countries are perceived across governance, culture, people, tourism, exports, and investment appeal. Canada jumped from 6th to 3rd, placing behind Japan & Germany.

It’s wild how, in USA right now, GOP officials are calling the Epstein bill a “national security threat.” Meanwhile, the president has literally rolled out red carpets and full pageantry this year on US soil for the likes of Putin & MBS. 🤷🏻‍♂️ hint hint: your nat’l security threat lives at the WH, folks

Even where farmland meets the highway, Ontario’s hidden wetlands shine at sunset—reminding us that nature’s beauty and biodiversity thrive in unexpected places. Let’s protect these vital habitats and say no to Bill 5. ✊🇨🇦🌾🌿

How long do you think it’ll be before ChatGPT nails perfect text-on-image generation? Once it does, it’s game over for the graphic design industry. I’m giving it less than a year.

Dear Canadian Media,

Kindly stop handing the mic to Pierre Poilievre.

He lost his job for a reason, and now he’s campaigning to divide this country. This isn’t journalism, it’s noise we don’t need.

Sincerely,
Part-owner of Canada

For the first time ever, an Indigenous person will lead Indigenous Services Canada — the dept. responsible for essential services to First Nations, Inuit & Métis communities.

Congrats Mandy Gull-Masty, former Grand Chief of the Waswanipi Cree Nation, sworn in today in PM Mark Carney’s new cabinet!

In 2024, Canadians spent $20.5B in the U.S.—nearly double what Americans spent at McDonald’s.

Now? Tourism is dropping fast. Travel from Canada to the U.S. has declined for 4 straight months, and it could cost the U.S. economy over $4B this year.

JUST IN: After a judicial recount in Terrebonne, the Liberals have taken the seat by a razor-thin margin of just one vote—flipping it from the Bloc Québécois.

This bumps the Liberals up to 170 seats in the House of Commons, now just two short of clinching a majority.

Your car’s German. Your pizza’s Italian. Democracy? Greek. Coffee? Brazilian. Movies? Global. Shirt? Indian. Electronics? Chinese. Numbers? Arabic. Alphabet? Latin. Maybe think twice before calling your neighbour “foreign.” Your world’s already international; your compassion should be too.

Friendly reminder: Poilievre’s team didn’t just borrow Trump’s playbook — they showed up wearing the merch. MAGA hats, private jets, American slogans. If you think that ends well for Canada, I’ve got a convoy to sell you.

Something’s cooking in the Carleton riding. 👀

Of the record-breaking 7.3 million advance ballots cast, 43,000 came from Carleton — the most of any riding. 😯

Let’s hear your prediction: Is Poilievre winning or losing his seat?
