Prince Harry has settled his claim against NGN (mainly the Sun) for unlawful information gathering. Hacked Off and their acolytes have their chance for a day (months?) in court dashed at the last moment. I suspect they hoped the 'truth' mattered more to Harry than a settlement. Seems not so
