The Red Sox will likely wait until close to tomorrow's noon ET deadline to submit their Opening Day roster but the plan is for Brennan Bernardino to occupy the last reliever spot, per source. That would give them three lefties in the bullpen.

Cora said this morning the Sox will open the year with their best offensive and defensive alignments. As far as defense, it's hard to imagine Hamilton not being their best 2B option.
