We've really liked Dual Citizen's "Faded" brand, and I think we've found it to be pretty consistent, FWIW. But I strongly on the inconsistency, industry wide. Same experience as you, at times.

They don't own it. I'm not working this directly anymore so can't give full context. I think it would likely have to do with what they'll have to still payout of what's owed on their lease should a demolition occur. Not sure.
