Got an impressively awful AI overview today.
In just two short paragraphs I have learned that:
-Silksong isn't released yet
-The first Hollow Knight game both did and didn't have the ability to hide the HUD
-A video about Second Life is somehow relevant to this

Experimenting with using "OTT" (a famously aggressive multiband compressor) to make clean guitar tones 🎸
Works surprisingly well when paired with any old cabinet sim/convolution plugin. Not bad for a free plugin being used outside of its intended use case!

I managed to get a nice clean recording of a Carrion Crow recently 🎤
Despite being very common here, they have a habit of only making sound when far away from me! Fortunately I was able to get nice and close this time

Revisiting a childhood favourite flash game "Meeblings 2" today.
I found a great audio bug, where the sound of transforming a meebling isn't stopped correctly when you restart a level.
The result is this lovely sound looping continuously 😍

While out on a walk earlier this year, I stumbled across a field full of frozen puddles - so naturally I got my recorder out and captured some satisfying crunching sounds! 🎤
I have updated my sound library "Ice" to include the sounds I captured that day 🧊

It can be difficult capture "ambient" bird sounds near where I live due to road traffic - I was glad to capture this nice and reverberant recording of a Song Thrush recently! 🐦🎶
