Our final stop in Dinant is the Grotte La Merveilleuse. After a brief introduction, we explore the cave alone. It's well-maintained with nice paths. Especially the large cavern is impressive. A nice visit, but we're back outside in about 20 minutes.

This morning, I visited Adolphe Sax's house in Dinant. As a musician, I couldn't miss it, and it's free!

It's a very small but well-done museum with unique features like chairs shaped as saxophone keys. Not worth a special trip, but if you're nearby, it's worth a quick visit.

We visited the Belgian Army's open day in Lombardsijde today. More vital than ever. We experienced a ride in the new Falcon (Oshkosh JLTV). Impressive capabilities, expertly demonstrated by the driver.

Bijna omvergereden op de fiets door een camionette die plots besliste om achteruit te rijden zonder kijken. Gelukkig begon een chauffeur van @delijn.bsky.social te claxonneren waardoor hij even aarzelde en ik kon wegspringen met mijn fiets voor hij gewoon verder achteruit reed. Even hoge hartslag.
