Well, as mentioned in the thread the Court already responded by saying "the discovery order stands, if you don't like it file a motion." And James won't, because the discovery order says provide the bad-prosecution evidence. So DOJ will move against the Order, and again, blip blip, shadow docket.

I'm a lawyer and I read the whole order, and it looks like an "order of events" objection. So: Halligan says "you must file a motion." Court says "fine, I so order." Halligan then moves to stay the order, blip blip blip, shadow docket.
