Where I write on Sunday afternoons: the quietest corner of the University of Washington Bothell Library (juxtaposed next to my coffee ☕️)!

I mostly write at home, but I think it’s good to mix things up a bit so I do t become to “precious” about where I write. 😉

Three things I took from Jane Friedman’s @janefriedman.com keynote talk at Red Pencil:

1. Em dashes are not the devil 😈 (or AI, if AI is the devil 😉).

2. Consider taking the middle way with AI

3. Writers/Editors with cats 🐈‍⬛ rock!

A slight obstruction on my path this morning.

I easily walked around it.

Look! Someone left me a little leaf and rock sculpture on my favorite bench on my favorite walk.
