A somewhat “cool” aspect from digging out today.

You can see the line of sleet separating the snowfall from Sunday and the snowfall from this morning. It’s the faint blue-ish line on this car roof shot.
Snow sits atop a car. Between the two massive layers of snow is a faint blueish gray colored line that separates the two snowfalls, this is a layer of sleet that makes things a little tougher to clean off.

Good news everyone!

I have attained a state of pure bliss after eating the best fish I’ve had north of the Gulf Coast!

Reading about state symbols, I stumbled upon Nevada’s State Reptile, the Desert Tortoise:

-98% die before reaching maturity
-Can go up to a year without water
-Spend 95% of their lives in burrows
-Defense mechanism is urinating, which can dehydrate them, leading to death

So, the sky might be trying to tell me something. Or it’s just pretty. Maybe I’ve been reading too many mythology books lately.
Gray downtrodden clouds give way to a bright orange/red/pinkish horizon. Below those colorful clouds is an intense almost hello flash showing a bit of a clearing in the clouds. Power lines and a tree lines appear like darkened silhouettes against the strange background.
