I’ve met with providers and families across the state who have told me the status quo under this president is untenable. This proposed deal resting on delayed votes and empty promises fails to help Illinois families, which is why I cannot support it.

I've submitted a FOIA request for documents related to the incident, which is still pending as of tonight.
But Evanston police were able to obtain information from federal agents Friday, according to a source familiar with the city's investigation of the incident
