As I worried about this morning, Judge Aileen Cannon has issued an order enjoining the Justice Department from releasing the Smith Report on Donald Trump’s crimes until the 11th Circuit can rule on it.
The problem is, as I stated in today’s piece, Judge Cannon dismissed the case already.
