I haven't had any issue replacing my licenses with pro ones via official methods.

I've been using windows 11 pro keys from Groupon with decent success. Like under $20 for OEM overflow licenses.

No idea if its frowned upon, but I couldn't care less. I'm getting RDP without paying $150/machine and that's the end of it.

To clarify, disable the GPU on the devices page in srgb - it'll stop srgb from trying to control the lights, the GPU itself isn't disabled lol.

I'll touch base with engineering to see if microstuttering is a thing with nvapi RGB controls. Does the mouse weirdness stop if you disable the GPU?

Haha, it's ok. Refund, no question - and we don't charge for normal device compatibility anyway; it's mainly just elimination of ads. Would love to sort out the specifics; what razer product?

GPU fans get interesting because (if Nvidia) nvapi requires admin access to control those fans.

When you write a message on that form, you're talking to someone close to us - we're not that kind of megalith company, bro. 😅

I'll hear anything you've got to say.
