Tonight I listened at a townhall meeting put on by Republic in regards to the landfill. I have one observation.
I don't trust for profit health insurance companies about my healthcare and I don't think we should trust a for profit company to tell us what is best for Rutherford County.

Yesterday RuCo GOP State Senator Dawn White was the deciding vote to advance SB0836 out of committee.
This bill will allow local schools to deny education to children with undocumented status. The RCS border resolution was used to help justify the bill.

Yesterday Rutherford Steering Committee removed immigration resolution from agenda.
This Thursday the county school board will consider removal of ~50 books and an awful resolution on DEI.
Email the school board and tell them this all needs to stop. Focus on education not politics.
