Yesterday RuCo GOP State Senator Dawn White was the deciding vote to advance SB0836 out of committee.
This bill will allow local schools to deny education to children with undocumented status. The RCS border resolution was used to help justify the bill.

I didn't know a county could ammend a form to fix a loophole. But in Scott County they did that.
When someone is ordered to surrender their guns in Tennessee, they can give them to a third party. It’s one of the only states that doesn’t require that person to be identified in court. But WPLN's @paigepfleger.bsky.social reports that could soon change.
