What happens if Biden still goes through with the ban, I mean they would be in violation of the law from 12am 1/19/25 to at least 3pm 1/20/25 after the inauguration & sign an actual executive order. Would not Google, Apple & ISPs still be required to stop service for those 24 hours

If I'm seeing correctly, looks like the military is leaving the National Assembly and all major broadcasting stations continue to broadcast the events without interference. Might have to add botched martial law to the list of Yoon's incompetencies.
