Hayʼat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) has announced that they are now at the Gates of Homs in Western Syria, with the City likely to fall in the coming hours. If Homs is captured, then Russian and Syrian Forces in Tartus and Latakia will be cut-off from the remainder of the Country.

Russian forces have started to evacuate their air defense assets from the Hmeimin airbase near Latakia, moving south to Tartus. They are most likely heading for the Russian naval port.

No matter what's been said, there are obviously deals made. There are virtually no clashes and SDF is just leaving without a fight in many areas, not only Tal Rifaat.
