Many life schedule changes going on right now with wife and kid shifting days and daycares, leaving me with a Wednesday night block of time to watch movies that K would never be in the same room with. Tonight - 28 Days Later. May as well embrace the apocalyptic vibes right now.

Not sure if this is a turning 40 thing or just my particular issues, but thinking about getting a tattoo for the 100th time and considering an Eastern Pine. Maybe overdone? Best tree though.

Second, my favourite - 138 in Gatineau. Fries are always crispy but melty, gravy is balanced, curds are abundant. 10/10.

First up - Frits Alors! in Montreal. 8/10, love the Belgian cut fries, wish there were more curds but they were very squeaky.
