At my school we teachers had a training with police shooting blanks down the hallway. Horrifying. All parents should have to attend a similar training at their children’s school so they really understand.

My hands down favorite is Principles to Action because it gives specific examples in the text to illustrate how we should teach to build student centered teaching skills.
