spring is awesome (/s) for sourdough because it will take 36 hours to bulk ferment. reckon it has to do with it being warm outside to turn off the heat so it ends up being net-cooler in the kitchen than either summer or fall.

one week-ish update: about 4 good-ish loaves, 2 bad, 1 truly awful*
*I took it to the church chili cook off and 75% was eaten, I’m probably gonna be asked not to come back
how did the bowls come out? they look awesome. I guess just cut and shape after bulk proofing and then individual baskets?
