Hi, we are a specialist Frailty Intervention Team working in the Mater Hospital, Dublin, Ireland. We start the Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment in the ED with the aim of improving the quality of care to older people in North Inner City Dublin and avoid unnecessary admissions.
