If you've never played Tower of Doom/Shadow over Mystara before, you'd be surprised with just how much D&D flavour Capcom packed into their D&D brawlers. By the second game, the dev team were truly passionate and on-board about and with D&D.

I can understand that, I also noticed alot of episodes really put him in the center or let's him give a grand speech etc.

Makes sense for a star trek captain of course, but yeah with him casting himself it comes across as self indulging

Recently enjoyed Fallen Aces, Kaiju no. 8 and some Fionna and Cake ^^

Side note if someone personally insults you over your opinion on a subjective thing like a movie or a videogame, they're not interested in actual conversation, they're venting, rage baiting or engagement farming bots.

...or children who only have that one thing in their life that you just insulted

I try to stay loudly positive and stay silent negatively ^^

Warning people about things you feel wasted your time or money is useful, a buggy game for instance, but ultimately I'd rather share something cool like Ni No Kuni or Nine Sols with people than insult something 🤷
