If you’ve never had stuffed zucchini are you even living life right? One of my favorites since it’s so easy to make for the kids.

I’ve loved every second of my “From Scratch” personal journey. Baking is definitely my go-to stress release.

I cannot wait for it to be warm enough to go back out and stare up for an endless amount of time boring my kids explaining constellations and why complain about how they’re too many satellites.
