Step 1 of these instructions to build a bench seems to be "1. build a bench"

People seemed to enjoy the beach photo I shared here the other day, so I thought I'd share another.

This one is the beautiful West Wittering Beach, photographed on a warm sunny February walk with Mrs B last Monday.

Beautiful on our little stretch of beach today. Warm sun and soft breaking waves. All without the summer crowds

I love that my eldest inherited my awesome taste in music and we get to do things like this together.
Jack White has been a dream gig for me for a while, and it was absolutely worth waiting for

I had a birthday beach walk yesterday along the beautiful beaches of West Witterings and East Head.
It was so nice to be out in the sunshine, walking without bedding a coat. Spring is coming

I've heard that people now give their chatGPT cute names. Mine seems to want to go in a different direction .

Another reason I mostly use Claude

State sponsored propaganda from Google Maps. As a UK user I should not be seeing the Gulf of Mexico mislabeled like this any more than I should see the English channel labelled as La Manche

On a little side-quest this morning learning more about my local, and much maligned, Brutalist landmark The Tricorn Centre 1966-2004.
Looking at it today I can see it's DNA in later architecture like the Barbican, Brunswick Centre and Preston bus station. Mad that is was demolished not protected

Well, that is an experience.

It was so beautiful outside today. Blue skies, whispy clouds and water as still as a mirror.

Even had to lose the coat for a while. Not normal for January in the UK but I tried not to think about that too much whilst enjoying the sunshine.

More airports need to do this.

This has been my office all week. Last day today and as good as it will be to be home, the view from my garage conversion office isn't going to feel the same

Popped in to see my Mum and entranced by the view as always

I saw these two legends on the beach near my house yesterday.

Fat-tired electric bikes carving across the sand, piloted by a couple who's peers are probably more likely to be on electric scooters than electric bikes. Grinning like happy kids.

Age disgracefully. Love it

I thought this one went pretty hard on symbolic imagery

Oh nice. Musk currently pushing a poll on his platform floating the idea of going to war with the UK.

All that money you think he'd be able to get some support for his mental health issues

This peace lily was doing fine before Christmas. Now it's suddenly a pathetic mess that can barely support its own weight.

My son insisted on us buying monopoly this year. What's with the pieces now? Duck? Penguin? Cat?

This feels like an unusual response from Claude AI. The anthropomorphic "I have seen" was a little unexpected
