I mean just look at this. Just hundreds of these. I'm downloading them all just in case this site ever goes down. The official Aquarian Age site DOES have card art listed but only for the latest sets, none of their late 90s/early 00s stuff. Never use AI for an RP character again! Just use these!

Just realized I haven't introduce y'all to my dog. This is Rei. She loves dancing and using her nose as a snowplow and if you try to stop petting her she'll reach out her paws and pull your hand back. I know some people might argue but I believe she is, in fact, the cutest dog in the world.

Hello yes the Octopath Traveler gacha appears to be using AI translation. This is one of the single worst dialogue boxes I've ever seen in an actual released product. Apparently this is a recent development when they switched companies.

Folks are talking about the 20th anniversary of the DS and their favorite games so here's mine. I'm addicted to card video games to begin with. The minigames were fun (your mileage may vary), the collecting was a good dopamine hit, and the card battles were fun to watch.

Starting up Growlanser 1 on PSP and I can't get over the main guy's drip. Even his sprite has its jacket hanging off his elbows. Takes a real anime boi to rock that look. I pine for this era of anime art.

Currently reading Arthur & the Evil King by Suzumori Koto. It's the most interesting Japanese fantasy I've read so far. The best way to describe it is Japanese Tamora Pierce. It has a black, autistic MC who hangs out with giant psychic cats and dogs. The worldbuilding is mind-bending.

Otherwise, this battle is very straightforward since we still just have Windy for attack. If we get low on health, guarding allows us to both defend and regain some HP. There aren't any items or anything, so you have to be tactical with guarding and attacking.

We have our first new card: Fly. Using it boosts our speed for 10 turns. This will come in handy for both dodging and ensuring we can hit our targets, so it's good to throw on at the start of battle.

Sakura encounters Shadow and the fight is on! Also, if you were asking yourself 'is this game gonna have all of Sakura's battle outfits?' you bet your butt it is. I told you this game was amazing.

Keroberos randomly jumps out during the conversation, blowing the whole thing to Tomoyo. She is only too happy to join in on Sakura's secret adventure capturing the cards. She also dubs Keroberos 'Kero' for short.
