If Trump had been adequately pursued after January 6th, he would never have gotten back to the White House. It is flabergasting that even without this he made it back, but it is no excuse for not holding the most powerful most accountable.

This means, of course, bringing back all the investigations Jack Smith was running, perhaps now with him at the helm, and empowering whatever special prosecutor is appointed to investigate any new crimes he commits in the meantime.
