UPDATE—Mahmoud's attorney says they do NOT know where he is.
They were first told he was sent to an ICE facility in Elizabeth, NJ. But when his 8-month-pregnant wife tried to visit him, she was told he's not there.
They've received reports he may be sent as far away as Louisiana.

In response, Senate GOP released a memo detailing all of the tactics they in the minority could use to delay the effort as much as possible. I'm recirculating that 2009 GOP memo here. This is key point. They are conducting some illegal mass firings to scare the rest into resigning voluntarily.
The folks fired illegally will get their jobs back/back pay in a year or two after litigation- but in the meantime, they hope mass numbers of others will have quit.
