From what I can tell it’s…just drones right? There’s a “some of them are as big as a bus” type comment which I didn’t really pay much attention to; then I saw a video of a farmer throwing a stick at a spray drone and it was massive so they do get big. I reckon it’s just a flash mob but with drones.
