Had a severe housefire in October which meant I had to pack up what had survived, find somewhere to live, set up a new house all with minimal help. The only thing that slowed me down was not having oxygen on demand to my right leg not deconditioning, although that's starting now bc of my leg not #LC

Finally a reply from Vascular Consultant. They think trying conservative treatment will help because surgery is too risky for someone as deconditioned as me! Good grief I cant feel my foot, so cant leave the house, bet theyll suggest exercise 👍

Bought a cat tower to replace the Christmas tree when it came down, however the base board had a broken corner. Didn't really affect the structure, and Id got it for £28 in the sales. They sent me a new one, told me to keep the broken one so built a jungle, happy Cats, happy Mama

Since I moved Ive felt sorry for the cats and they scratch at the doors and carpets 🤦‍♀️ so Ive been letting them into my bedroom, dont normally. After first spreading themselves out on my kingsize bed, stopping me from tossing and turning theyve found a spot beside my bed. They still come up to visit

Morning from snow covered Wales. Its stopped now but the sky is full of it 😱. Keep warm everyone. I woke up and couldnt feel my right foot, nearly fell over when I stood up. My 11 yo has just been dropped off, Dad at work and is already outside building a snowman! Oh to be young.

Still waiting, the right foot is struggling with circulation feels like Ive a tight sock/tubigrip on. Neuropathy pain not so bad atm but lack of sensation around my toes and sole unless theres pressure on it, then I can feel the pain. Shoved pillows in my bed to keep the weight of the bedding off it

When you cant get a seat!

Well, I've finally left my sons and given him his bed back, had still been sleeping there some nights, depending on what I was doing. The cats are still there while I sort their stuff out, dont want to stress them. I think they are happy enough!

6 days post sprain and now the bruising!!!. Yesterday I was getting stabbing neuropathy type pains and kept rubbing my ankle as it hurt so much and this is the result I suppose 🤷‍♀️

Now the bruising and swelling is coming. Difficult to say whats going on because it hurt so much before I twisted it!

There was a panic over the cats because the fire crew wouldn't let us back in till they were certain it was out. Chris my son then went in and caught all 4 of them. Such a worry 😿. They are all at my sons as I havent moved in fully yet and I dont want to stress them out again. They're settled though

Yesterday was my granddaughters birthday and we were going out to eat. Im pottering around in my new rental getting things sorted and getting ready. Missed the last step on small landing at bottom of stairs and went over on my bad foot. Very painful but not swollen. Managed to sleep tho. What next
