I sent a cancellation request through the Primo app, writing in letter form and signing with my name, address, and account number. FTR they have been able to “find” my account in the past with no info at all as I was messaging though their app. This is what these crooks wrote back:

Primo Brands bought ALL the water delivery services. Since acquiring, my delivery has been delayed 8 times. Now pushed to June 9. And prices went up. Never missed an Arrowhead delivery in decades. Tell me again how this isn’t a monopoly and is good for consumers. Fooled AI somehow 🤷♀️

I have a box where I keep all the electronics and collectibles this young lady has destroyed. Innocent as she may look. It includes multiple pairs of 3D glasses (the $$ ones), remote controls, and my Amélie Zorro Kubrick, among other things.
