Very enjoyable exhibition, with a wide variety of works on display. The standard of submissions was high and it was great to so many artists' works being showcased. The venue itself is certainly an asset for Paisley. Hopefully it goes from strength to strength. #Paisley

Finally sampled the home-made seitan burgers. Nice, but a tad chewy. Think I overcooked them in the fan oven before I marinaded them. Experiential learning. #vegancooking #seitan

Thanks for the tips. This cookery book also has recipes for flavouring the actual seitan mix with seasoning blends before you add it to a sauce or gravy. That's what attracted me to it. Seitan 'chickun', 'beaf' and 'porq' dishes coming up!
