16 jars of spicy apple and walnut chutney later! I added in extra apples ... and ginger ... a lot of extra ginger. It may need a tad longer than usual to 'mellow' a bit. Will be ready by next Christmas. 😂😂😂 Luckily, I still have 8 jars left over from last year. 😂 #GrowYourOwn #apples #chutney

Very enjoyable exhibition, with a wide variety of works on display. The standard of submissions was high and it was great to so many artists' works being showcased. The venue itself is certainly an asset for Paisley. Hopefully it goes from strength to strength. #Paisley

Never seen this before, the seeds sprouting 'inside' the tomato. Apparently it's called 'vivipary'. Conflicting comments online about whether you can eat them. Potential for a dodgy tummy, so erred on the side of caution. A whole pack of tomatoes binned. 🫤

Had another attempt at cooking sweet potato fries in the airfryer. Not perfect, but a bit better this time. Worked well with a Quorn tomato and mozzarella escalope and cauliflower cheese and a sour cream dip. #vegetarian #airfryer #Quorn
