I’d add pen and paper and a cup of tea.

Please allow me to introduce myself:
I am an author (The Last Hurrah), a poet, and an artist. I am a mother and a grandmother I love the forest, feel deeply connected to nature, and live on a 72-acre farm outside Vancouver.
I write, I ramble, and I try to make it all mean something.
Hello!

When my dad was 82 years old, I took him on a trip from Vancouver Canada to Nova Scotia (3,800 miles) to where his dad was born. I paid for his trip. It was such an honor.

I’m so happy we did that.
He passed away on Oct 16, at 93.
I think I’ll take his ashes to Peggy’s Cove this summer.
