So true, I've also been skipping my walks because of the heat, and they always help, so I guess I'd better get up and out earlier. I need them.

I did! But they also know how spacy I can be sometimes. I still can't believe missed it, though.

Ours is in person, lots of fun. I'm usually the one that writes up the questions for discussion, but I totally blanked last month. Oh well, our group is very laid back and forgiving.
