I went to shoppers now. there was a man who was clearly lying but said “I forgot my wallet can you give me $5 for a bus” I said “sorry sorry I only have a loony” and gave him the coin. He grabbed it and put it in his back pocket and I said “thank you”!! 🤣 I realized I am a true Canadian now!

Back in London after a while, walking around and I am convinced the ability to safely j-walk streets is fundamental in the success of high streets and retail! If you can’t see the window of a shop from the other side, you will not have a retail street that’s vibrant and successful!
