I mean, all Americans are of immigrant descent, but you get what I mean. (Even native Americans, just much more distant immigrants.)

I'll bet actual money that ICE has a pecking order within their ranks based off of how "American" they are. I don't want to assume heritage, but the fact that the two agents named out of all of the agents involved happen to both seem to be of immigrant descent seems a bit odd to me.
