Recent paper on movement patterns of polar bears in Southern Hudson Bay (SH) compared to Western Hudson Bay. SH bears get on the ice abt 10 d later but stay on the ice 10 d longer, likely when seals available. This may explain better reproductive output in SH.🐻❄️🧪OA at doi.org/10.2192/URSU...
