Just listened to the pod. Currently at the OG Ruse location enjoying a Fresh Hop Alien Plant Farm West Coast IPA. Fresh Strata, Fresh frozen Mosaic Cryo, and Simcoe extract. 6.6% ABV. Brewed in collaboration with Burgeon (Carlsbad, CA) and Holy Mountain (Seattle.)

Saisons from St Louis’ Side Project Brewing whilst a bomb cyclone prepares to blow through. Pleasantly surprised seeing both of these in PDX.
Side Project Brewing (St Louis, MO) à la Table is inspired by the classic Saisons of the past, meant to be shared "at the Table" with family and friends. Traditionally brewed to be low in alcohol and extremely refreshing, this inspired Saison was brewed with an airy and fluffy malt bill and fermented with wild Missouri yeast and bacteria and our house Saison blend before being aged in Missouri oak for several months. 2.5% ABV. Side Project Brewing Saison du Blé is the harmony of a fluffy Wheat Saison and a tart, Missouri Saison. The wheat balances a very dry body with a creamy, billowy mouthfeel, and their local microflora adds complexity and acidity. This Saison was aged in oak for several months. 6% ABV.
