I read that several nonvoting are have “left the building” to be with family or other functions. Can’t the Dems demand a quorum vote or some other procedure?

This is all just performative at this point.

Many Rs know they are committing political suicide with a yes vote but the alternative of offending the Great and Powerful Oz is equally unappetizing.
