I had the weird green CD edition that Thrill Jockey did in like 2002 or so, but then recently bought the orange Japanese CD because I was young and careless and my old CD was beat to shit. Only ever got the Oval and JimO/SHJ 12”s, have considered filling out the stack but life is short lol

I buy a copy of this book any time I find a used copy so I can always have some on hand to give to people. Had lent out multiple copies only for them to never come home and then decided that that was ok and I should just give as many people this book as I can.

That said, I've been meaning to start the painful migration away from gmail for years now, this will be a good incentive to revisit that process.

With a 21 year old gmail account, it's not easy to just switch providers. So many logins, so many contacts, sunk costs galore.
Also, there are genuinely valuable sorting functions that gmail has, but if you shut off the ai nonsense it takes away those good features, creating a real dilemma.

I dunno, I would imagine he knows they've already emptied all their clips at him, and so now he can go and try to do something useful? He's a charmer at heart, even getting a brief moment of Trump being like "this guy ain't so bad!" on camera before Miller whispers in his ears again is a win.
