There aren’t a huge number of folk in my industry I truly, truly admire.

Here's a thought. Pepper was one of the most costly of commodities for centuries. Yet a peppercorn rent is the opposite.

Dinotopia wasn't just enchanting to me as a kid because of the dinosaurs, but because of all of the little details of the world. How would the architecture accommodate dinosaurs? What kind of tools would we use now that we could work with these creatures? It was so thoughtful and curious.
