Our garden still has the odd gem from the previous owner who left in 2006. The garden was fully remade and yet amongst everything this cyclamen grew again. Always makes me smile.

Stratford parkrun today with Colin*! It’s good to see local initiatives around parkrun, the council here have been very supportive. Today was bike safety and security. *Thrashed the old loser, yet again, with my pb for this year. That was pleasing after a busy week of walking. #parkrun #stratford

14th birthday @ Leamington parkrun, my local. 590 today which was the biggest for many months with plenty of parkwalkers. Briefing included tribute/awards for volunteers who had supported over 50 times. Leamington is lovely as you run the are birds singing above you. #leamingtonspa #parkrun
