Found in mother in law's garage... Story is it was retrieved from a shed of a house they sold and had been left behind by a previous tenant. Assuming ARP wardens helmet unless anyone knows any different? #ww2

So my Glycerin 20s are destined for a slower pace after this week. 740km later they have been great and I would be happy to just replace like for like but of course things move on... Any suggestions as to a good replacement or do I just go for the latest Glycerin?? #running #ukrunchat

Whilst looking for a photo of something else I stumbled upon a photo I took in 2022 of the spread of my Vitiligo. The 2022 image is the one on the left so it was interesting to see that some skin had recovered over the following few years (well... interesting to me) #vitiligo #imsointeresting

Thank you! My main layout is not at a stage where photos are worth taking (has been at that stage for about a year) but I did play about making a little diorama which I was quite pleased with.

Both boys now in the junior #parkrun half marathon club and working their way to a full marathon. Thanks to all the volunteers as always, one particular lady comes every week with the most tremendous enthusiasm but they are all fantastic.

As my Peugeot 5008 has been delayed I am the temporary custodian of this. I have to say it unfortunately is not very impressive. It is better than no car at all but that is a low bar..

I had only bought my 75 about a year prior to them going under and it seemed shocking to me, later in the month I joined the convoy to parliament square to protest. Unfortunately it was to no avail but it was great to see so many MG Rover cars all together.
