He was really knowledgeable and a decent bloke. Just didn’t do flim flam. Both my tape machines failed and I had to rewrite the interview from memory. Really didn’t want to go back and ask him to do it again 😂

Wish they had made their move when we called for the board to be sacked after the ESL debacle. But better late than never. I guess, like Martin Peters, we were ahead of our time.

Looking more like they didn’t have faith that Daniel’s football judgment warranted more money being injected. Although they didn’t seem particularly interested for a very long time.

I’ve never had an issue with ‘em. Side that played good football, never known of any beef (although I’ve heard the stories about 82 at Wembley), proper ground, good day out.
