I don’t understand how more people aren’t outraged by the simple concept of “if you fall in love and get married, your spouse will probably not be allowed to live here with you.”
I can only guess it’s because the media doesn’t tell them.

I was unsure about cigarette filters being "plastic" so I looked it up and indeed they are made out of a form of plastic - cellulose acetate - that is not biodegradable and (even worse) breaks down into microplastics.

ah. So it turns out whilst Labour plan to take refugees’ jewellery they now say they will draw the line at wedding rings.

They have no such problems with Julia Hartley-Brewer, as her prime journalistic talent is to provide enough plausible deniability that the stench of racism is nothing to do with her.
