In many ways, this is very Parisian. I live in France, so I know. So overall, that is a good story. Do go around telling it with more gusto.

Also, I am enthusiastically searching for a career which does not include reading documents, writing documents, editing documents or looking at documents. Documents don’t do it for me anymore.
