Bobby Kennedy’s son saying the most lunatic, offensive drivel about racism.
This is monstrous.
Trump HHS nominee RFK Jr.:

If you give Black children “resilience” then “the inevitable racism” will “bounce off” them like they are “the Avengers” because “they will be immune to it” and “then we don’t have to stop racism altogether, because we’re never going to be able to do that.”

Remember this. We are weaker now. “Trump has groomed us.” Try to hold and speak and advocate what you know is right and true. We’ve already moved so far. Don’t change your standards to accommodate their shameless incompetence & cruelty.

Hitler began requiring officers to swear allegiance to him rather than the constitution in the mid 1930s. (Thomas & Lewis “Defying Hitler” p. 71). Trump’s view of generals as “his generals” and the Attorney General as his lawyer reflects the same thinking. But, then, who’d want Gaetz as lawyer?

Happy No-News Friday. If you find the news cycle to be a treadmill of sameness, it largely is. Try a day off all news sources. I promise, it will all be there tomorrow, and you won’t miss a thing.
