CDK4/6 inhibitors transiently induce a senescence-like state in breast cancer cells, which however cannot be eliminated by senolytics - but Marco Demaria, Boshi Wang and coworkers @demarialab.bsky.social find that they are instead sensitive to lysosomotropic agents!
