Today my partner @gpb82.bsky.social took our kids to the Palestine protest in Sydney. I protested with fellow academics at @aomconnect.bsky.social in Copenhagen #AoM2025. I was reminded that exactly 1 year ago my whole family also marched for Gaza. This shit has gone on for too long #StopTheGenocide

On 10 July 1985, French secret agents bombed Greenpeace’s Rainbow Warrior in Aotearoa, killing photographer Fernando Pereira. France denied involvement until the two agents were caught by NZ police. Though sentenced, they were quickly returned to France and released. #RIP #CantSinkARainbow

Dr al-Najjar left her 10 children at home on May 23 when she went to work in an emergency room in southern Gaza.
Later in the day, the bodies of seven of her children arrived at the hospital.
They were murdered in an Israeli airstrike on her family's home.
