Being a neutral at a game with 5 yellow and 3 red cards just in the first half is quite interesting... 😅

Today I was at Tynecastle to watch Hearts lift the Capital Cup in front of a good attendance of nearly 5K. Good game, 1st half Hibs were stronger but Hearts were stronger in the 2nd half and ultimately deserved their win. #groundhopping #womensfootball

On holiday in Wales and a video from @geofftech.bsky.social inspired me. Took a walk across the beautiful Barmouth bridge to Morgan Mawddach railway station and taking the train back from this request stop. Lovely.

Ventured south of the border this time to Newcastle for Jesmond Dene #parkrun. A tough course, the hardest out of the 42 I've done so far. Steep climbs and even steps. But a good challenge and a decent time showing I'm still making steps towards my old level after injury. 💪🏻

Returned to Camperdown #parkrun in Dundee today and shattered my post-injury PB by 1:20 minutes. And that at a very hilly trail course! Definitely on my way back. 💪🏻

Today I had a trip to Aberfeldy for FeldyRoo Fitness Trail #parkrun. Stunning surroundings near the parkrun and at the café afterwards (last photo). Still recovering from my injury so took it easy, but my first 5K run in a while without pain!

Back running again at Victoria #parkrun in Glasgow. I had a recent foot injury but I managed to get through it today pain-free. Felt good. 💪🏻
